Born in June 1958 to the family of Late Mr and Mrs Geoffrey Okafor of Uru Village in Umudim Nnewi in Nnewi North Local Government area of Anambra. Chief A.C Okafor is the first son and the second child of his parent. Life took a twist when his father died and the young A.C Okafor had to go live with his maternal uncle to enable him to continue with his education. He also took up an apprenticeship with his uncle after which the young A.C Okafor started with own business within Nigeria and Ghana. That little beginning is what we see today as Chicason Group of Companies. He is happily married with Children and grand Children. He is a Philanthropist, a Community Leader, and a member of so many associations. He is a good listener, a very thoughtful, and an astute
manager of resources. He is a Courageous, Visionary and Focused leader.
